DiVino heads to Chicago on a near-annual basis to collaborate with Sentieri, an Italian cultural center. Together we design a seminar comprised of one-three days that offers an introduction to Italian wine and the basics of wine-tasting and food pairing as well as a more in-depth discussion on the history of wine-making and the impact of climate and soil on the wine itself.
Seminars have also included wine dinner and guided wine tastings for up to 40 participants.
DiVino works closely with Sentieri to select wines on a budget and find local distributors with whom to create a relationship.
