I served as contributing editor and wine director for Haute Life Press custom publications in 2009 and 2010. During this time I composed Italian food and wine tourism articles, and conducted interviews with chefs and sommeliers at New York City’s finest restaurants, including Bouley, Scarpetta, Marea and the David Burke Group.
