DiVino Wine School held a wine course for beginners at local pizzeria Sottocasa Harlem, with a focus on Italian wine.
Together we worked on a wine list, a price and a marketing and communication strategy. DiVino produced an invitation, fliers, and social media posts to promote the class, including a short video promo!
Divino suggested a platter of cheese and charcuterie to demonstrate food and wine pairing and taught the class. Sottocasa provided wine, food and a wonderful service to accompany the lesson.
We served a Prosecco DOCG Extra Dry, a Vermentino Colli di Luni DOC, and Cannonau di Sardegna DOC.
